Photo of Graham Kennedy

Hi, I am Graham Kennedy and thanks for taking the time to look at my personal photo blog site.

For as long as I can remember I’ve taken photographs, even as a kid I wanted to use my parents camera. In all this time though I had been taking ‘holiday snap’ photographs, and have my fair share of trees growing out of people’s heads (although, I did take enough care to not chop the heads off, that would just be plain rude).

When digital cameras came along I suddenly had the chance to take as many photos as I wanted, but without the cost of developing them. This was all it took to make me want to take it more seriously. A few years later the chance came to get hold of a digital SLR, which I grabbed with both hands. Like many ‘snappers’ I started out using this just like my point and shoot, but after a course, quite a few magazine articles and a few nice books I think I have started to get the hang of things.

I’ve created this site as a bit of an experiment, as somewhere to post my photos, and hopefully see how I improve over the coming years.

I live in the north west of England, and as such a large number of my photographs are taken on the Wirral peninsula, North Wales, Shropshire and the Lake district.

Please note, I retain copyright on all my images on this site (or republished elsewhere), although I do welcome any and all enquiries for their use, commercial or otherwise.

If you like my site, or have any comments feel free to get in touch with me at .
